Hello. Tulad po ng sabi sa video, pwede po mag file ng petition for suspension of payments kapag nakikita ang posibilidad na hindi kaya bayaran ang mga utang. Kung may tanong po kayo, lalo na kung kasaaukuyang problema ito, maaari kayo mag request ng paid online consultation, magpadala lamang ng email sa [e-mail] during office hours para malaman ang rates at iba pang mga detalye. Pwede naman, basta pumayag yung kinauutangan. Pero hindi ganung kaganda na gawin yan, kasi sayang yung lupa, lalo na tumataas din presyo nyan depende sa lugar
