However you pronounce the name, this dish is delicious. I love the flavors all together, the earthy nutty flavor of the mushrooms, the sweet smoky bacon married with that sauce and the cheese...Mmmm you really outdid yourself.

Hi Mickey, scallops are very silky and buttery, they are rich in flavor with a soft texture. Delectable is a good description. They do not take long to cook, If they are over cooked that can be rubbery. Thanks for watching. Have a great rest of the weekend. 😀
