Holy moly. Nice job on that cook! Some folks might look at your ribs and think, "Yuck, the edges are burnt" but they don't know what they are missing. Those charred fatty edges are FANTASTIC. Great job!

Great idea fora Sunday morning. Like the use of almonds on top. So, I wondered if you ever tried almond extract in the cake, instead of vanilla. I enjoy using nuts in my cooking and baking, as much as possible.

He added a lil olive oil to fry. You add the truffle oil at the end when they are done frying along with parsley parmesan and garlic. You dont have to use those add ons. Use what you like. Just don't fry with truffle oil. ❤
