Thank you for your kindness. Sorry I wasn’t very responsive yesterday. I was finally exhaling all the bottled emotions and feeling deflated. All around me are safe. Yard clean up is challenging. Some house damage fortunately, nothing major. Many are frustrated without power. Gas lines are 2 hours, if you can find it. Every day gets better.

Why? The pork is going to be cooked at a temperature that will kill any bacteria. The pork itself is full of bacteria until it's cooked.
