The peripheral CHL is the point where the CHL splits into two bands with the bottom one forming the medial band thst goes to superfici subscap and the lateral band goes upward towards undersurface suprapsinatus? Before that its like a thick flat band that covers the long head of biceps? One more thing the cadaver draeing shows the yellow dots as the intramuscular tendons of sundcpaularis. They are all located like that underneath the coracoid but laterally form their towsrds the insertion they are now purely subscapularis tendon and not muscle?

Who is your surgeon i need too but I can't find one. Did you need to have huge sulcus sign for indication and what graft they are using and will it reconstruct all parts of this complex ligament?

I think better to avoid the background music. Though for the first time the MRI images was difficult to understand but I hope can appreciate it after some effort. Thanks 👍.

How old are you? You looks young. You may suffer from adhesive capsulitis or labral tear. I can not confirm with the only symptoms.

@@practicalpainmanagementwit8115 Thank you doctor, it is most likely a labral tear, but it was mild, after two weeks and restricting the movements of the shoulder, the pain got better and now there is no pain.
Well-done educational video! My only critique is that the background music is so loud that it competes with your voice, such that it's difficult to follow what you're saying.

@@practicalpainmanagementwit8115 Thank you for the prompt reply! They are otherwise very well done videos. I've produced my own educational videos for MSK US (www.UltrasoundDocs.com), and I can fully appreciate how much time and effort goes into making these presentations! Keep up the good work.
