The Coral was our first ever trip back in January 2024, and we completely fell in love with it! We did two other resorts as well this year, and the Coral remains number one always. We will be back in 2025, in April. No other place compares to this resort! If you have the means to try a swim-out room, I HIGHLY recommend it! Oh, and ask José to play a little ''Feliz Navidad'' at the piano at the lobby for a blast, and sing along ;) ! Thanks for the visit, Mike!

Another great review. Best rooms are the 14 swim up rooms and 7 swim up suites, but they sellout fast. We visited for two weeks earlier this year, and I’d go back. In February, you couldn’t get beach shade if you arrived past 9am. Nowhere near enough palapas for high season, so we just used the beach palapas on the Selection side, which were plenty. The resort was apparently designed in the style of a historic Cuba coffee plantation. Really unique and quaint, 7 buildings connected by two long pools.

Bus time from Santa Clara AirPort to the Santa Maria Islands ( I think there are 3 joined ) is about an hour to 1 1/4 hour and and awesome drive across the 48 K Causeway… 🇨🇦😎🩷

Anyone know why a Cuban Citizen can't stay at a resort with a Canadian guest? Or where Cubans are allowed to stay ? Preferably Cayo Coco or Cayo Guillermo. Iberostar told me Cubans are not accepted.

Well the pools were packed with people!!! First off!!! I wasn’t staying there!!! Therefore me filming people on their holidays in pools that they paid for didn’t seem right to me. As a sand by!!!
