I think the guys at Coravin would be pretty pleased with that outcome. Nicely done and fun presentation. For professional and personal use, that Pivot machine looks pretty damn good. Glad I watched this video, my mind is now made up!

Thank you for the comparison! It's really surprising to know that the Pivot one was still decent/drinkable after 10 weeks because most of the reviews I have seen say 4 weeks is the max. I also didn't expect to find out that there would still be a difference between the fresh one and the original Coravin after only 10 weeks. I have never used the device, but I was expecting them to be identical.

Oh that's easy! Drink the same amount, across 4 different bottles. Just the tool for those ADHD drinkers out there!

@@BrenCarter_WFTP Brendan oh Brendan, this is the tool for the wine collectors. If you open a fiew hundred box cost vintage wine, just for take a sip then leave rest of the bottle to be matured without new air in the bottle, you should use a preventative tool such as these are.

If I had such a device I would probably pour myself a glass of a really good wine and then maybe finish with something simpler. Nothing wrong with getting a bit tipsy but after a few glasses there is no complex tasting anymore for me.

That’s because you only buy a bottle to drink and thats it 😂 some people, including myself, have a varied amount of bottles, and you only want a glass here and there. Im no expert at wine, I just like the taste of having different wines without having to drink the whole bottle.
