Cordless drill winch from hand winch

i welded a nut on the winch bolt and used my drill with socket(with adapter) to turn the crank. AND i welded a socket on the winch handle to hand crank if the load is too heavy for the drill...:) + i need the handle to take the load down because the tension is stopping me from flipping the switch on the crank. if you have something in mid air that you have to bring back down.....lol "me, it's to load and unload my loaded kayak in my pickup"

Your bolt might be a little crooked…

😄😄 Correct, it was crooked So cut off the top of the adapter then rearranged, straightened and rewelded. It is 100% better than before. Thank you for your comments.😂😂
