I actually had someone (okay a very large company around where I live) give me a DeWalt 1/2" impact drive for free because it had a broken anvil nose section. So like you I took it all apart and cleaned everything up and bought a new anvil nose and reassembled it and it works and looks like new. Their only requirement was that I had to show them before and after pictures. They were blown away with the after shots since it did look like new. And amazing what that tool can do... Lug nuts don't stand a chance anymore... Thumbs Up!

lol probably got tired, could of maybe cut a rough stencil and gloss paint marker and some prep like sanding before so, but other then that everything here is beyond what I would have the patience to do.
