@@lapensulo4684 God bless you. Start off slow and work your way up. Use your quads evenly to jump and sometimes I'll use my left leg alone and use the calf muscle to jump. Be patient but keep on keepin on, you've got this. ✌🏻♥️🇺🇸

A lot of it is the new teeth she got. Whoever put the implants in, did a horrible job fitting then. They're WAY too big for her mouth. Now she can't even talk. Sorta like Shmee150's giant chompers. Dentists that put in giant implants that don't fit. Such a shame. Spending all that money, and you can't even talk properly.

As a child my siblings and I regularly would play all those jump roping type games. We actually got to the point wherein we could double jump rope. Then, when I boxed I used to always spend a good amount of time jumping rope. It was both good exercise and helped me with my foot movement.

I'm 185lbs just 5'3 but strangely I can jump rope 1min without stopping ...I'm watching your video to motivate myself to get moving 😅..I don't think I can ever move or look like you but I sure like to set a high standard n goal 😁. Need to strengthen your IT band by doing leg exercises. You also need to rest. Pain can last for months or a year or 2.

I have been using a cordless jump rope myself. Im 58. I was a boxer. Won the Golden Gloves in Colorado i kept having to stop because missing the step. I used to be a good jump roper. This has helped me get back into try to go with a real rope. My heart rate goes to 143. My chest and arms get fatigued also. Good stuff.

I'm not sure why (in terms of physiology) but merely simulating skipping, as do those lame cordless "ropes", does not feel like exercise at all. Doesn't get the heart rate going or even feel like it uses any muscles, and certainly no coordination.
