I overheard part of my wife's phone conversation with a friend who was trying to talk her into coffe enemas to cure allergies. Who knew all these years, i have been taking my coffe the wrong way. I tried to get my wife to ask "regular or decaf?" The chick was insisted that it total changed her life. Brings a whole new meaning the the CAF blend.

Hahaha I'm a Filipino and we don't have that self-built underground dwellings because it rains a lot here. Chances are it will be flooded after a few days. The ROI on the effort you put out is not worthi it that is if you were even able to finish building it. The closest of this structures you can compare are ponds or pools made from areas with spring water flowing. The most primitive dwellings you can find which are still in use is a nipa huts. If you visit the Batanes group of islands, there are still stone houses there.

BTW if you guys are planning to go here in the Philippines and wouldn't mind mixing business and pleasure, I would like to recommend 2 types of coffee produced here. 1 is the BARAKO coffee grown in Batangas and Cavite. 2 is the SAGADA or BENGUET coffee that can be found in Baguio City. While you're at Baguio you might want to spend some time in Buscalan. Buscalan is known for traditional tattoos by Apo Whang Od and Benguet Gold (some good sh*t 🤣) . Just don't commit the mistake of taking the Benguet gold out of Buscalan territory. There are DEA present just outside the boundary.

I think it is referred to as a "high colonic" when you get coffee in your keister. I read once that a TV actress wanted to get into a certain dress for the Emmys and she did 4 or 5 of them to fit into said dress. I've heard of people doing it to "unblock" themselves also.
