Core Sensor 3 Control Bar with designer Rick Jensen

I bought such a bar for myself Core Sensor 3 Pro. At first I liked everything, but after a few rides the PowerLine sling was frayed. Where the center lines are attached with iron rings. And this is very Dangerous! Since with a sharp load, it can simply pull out the power lines! After a while, I decided to measure the length of the lines, and it turned out that the power lines were extended by 8 cm. This is the most expensive bar on the market, but the quality does not match the price. The slings are declared as the best, but in fact they do not differ from other cheaper manufacturers. When purchasing this Bar, be prepared for such surprises.

Best bar on the market by far. Hopefully core fix the wear issue about halfway up where the rings wear away the rope prematurely

Hi! I am looking to buy a testbar since no-one has the pro available new. I am concerned because the retailer I am in touch with sent me photos of the bar and it has a cut on th rubber. They say it is common but this concerned me . Have you experienced this so far ? And If yes, then how long did the bar last with no issues at all ?

Does this bar have a high-V, like the Sensor-2? And can it be coupled w/ Sling Shot kites??

It does, same split point. Will work with Slingshot kites but higher split point will give slightest nose in tension. Many people happy with this crossing high vs low V’s but slingshot does have a lower V regularly. Can’t remember off hand but you may need a $20 set of pigtails to reverse the loop/knot

ciao ragazzi, ho unproblema con la mia senso3 le line centrali tendono sempre ad intrecciarsi. Non capisco quale potrebbe essere il motivo quello che credo di aver compreso è che il problema è focalizzato dalla partenza della barra fino dove le due linee si separano per andare verso il kite in atre parole per quanto sia meticoloso nello stendere le 2 linee centrali tendono sempre ad intrecciarsi e tutte le volte che alzo la vela a partire dalla barra fin a circa 30/35 cm dopo la separazione delle line è tutto intrecciato. spero davvero che massiate aiutare a capire cosa posso fare. grazie

Serious safety issues with the Sensor 3s. Power lines can fray quickly, in just a dozen sessions) preventing the kite from flagging out. Power lines also snap one=ce the outer case has worn. Pleaase check your power line regularly where it slides through the rings. The problem is exacerbated by sand. Forum post with more info on the topic here: kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2408269

Awesome until you release for example your 10m Nexus. Core Supportet single frontline is shit in some kite sizes (strong pull after release).

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with that. At this stage we've not come across this issue with any of the sizes. Always interested to hear everyone's experiences. Have you passed this info on to Core???
