when you cross check, do you run into them with your stick, but hold both sides of the stick, having room to hit them with the space of the stick between your hands?

Last year, all 3 defenders on my team got out at the same time for slashing and illegal checks. What ensued was a scoring frenzy by the other team :(

Never lead with the head in lacrosse...the helmets simply aren't made for it. In football you can get away with it because football helmets are MUCH sturdier especially compared to something like cpxr

He is extending and lifting his arms during the check. This is no longer legal in lacrosse, arms must be bent and stationary the entire way through the body check, or else it is a push with possession.

wrong this is allowed. i can say this because i have done this many times last season . but i do live in Virginia so the rules may be different where u are
