Welcome to this KimberFit Lifestyle Core Workout, you can do this one anywhere, grab a mat if you want, or just find a space on the floor, lets get started! As usual make sure with your physician that you are good to go with a workout and always warm up 5-10 minutes. If you don't know where to start with your warm up please check out KimberFit Lifestyle's page for a warm up. Once you are warm lets get right into this At Home Core Workout.

1. Alternating Toe Touches x25
2. Alternating Extended Legs + Alternating Crunch x25
3. Crunches x25
4. Alternating Side Crunches x25
5. Scissor Kicks on Elbows x25
6. Spider Crunch x25
7. Bicycle Crunch x25
8. Reverse Crunch x25
9. Crunch Reaches x25
10.Russian Twists x25
Great Job!! If you made it through one set of this workout, you just crushed 250 reps on that core!
If you have it in you to keep pushing, take a 1-2 minute rest, and go for a second set, hit replay on the video and hit 500 reps!
