Spread your feet apart about half a step on both sides. You'll get better control of your torso. ;-)

Thanks, yes that’s another variation of a body weight squat. You can play around with the width of your stance to hit different muscles.

@@peteralexander7015 I apologize, but I do not know of any exercises that one could use for this size ball! I would recommend a 65cm or 75cm size stability ball for proper use for stretching and exercise.

Thanks. It was really challenging workout. Circuit 3 became very hard to me because my all stamina was almost finished. But I am so happy after completing this.

I am happy you enjoyed it! Yes this workout is definitely challenging, but the more you keep doing it, the easier the moves will become! If you don't mind me asking, what level would you say your at with exercise? (Beginner, intermediate, or advanced)

@@sanid9462 That's awesome, the hardest part is STARTING (next is CONSISTENCY), so CONGRATS you are doing great! Stick with it and like I said your body will start to adjust and you will be able to do moves you couldn't do in the beginning. Please be kind to your body (physically and mentally) you are just starting so if you need to do the MODIFICATION on moves (DO IT)...I will be posting more "beginner" workouts for you soon. :) Also feel free to email me at [email protected] or on instagram @kimberfitlifestyle and we can discuss your goals and get you in the right direction.
