Maybe for beginners it would really be a good idea to use the "Follow Along" format, to keep us motivated all throughout the routine 😂

Great video! Initially I was thinking this style is better because I tend just to grab exercises and then put them in a list and do a minute on each or something. But as I was watching I did think some of the exercises would definitely be easier to do as a follow-along, particularly some of the more static ones. You know, for motivation. Also I was wondering, how much weight (in the dumbbell or medicine ball) would you say as a guide please? Brought up as a gymnast we always had bodyweight training so I've never known how much I should look for in weights! Cheers :)

Hey Nathan, This is awesome feedback man! I'm thinking maybe it's even worth dropping both styles and this way I can cater to more people? Still deciding though :) I use anywhere from 4kg to 7kg. You don't need anything super heavy as a lot of the exercises you can already make harder without a weight which you would probably know growing up as a gymnast haha
