Good video! I lifted 40 pavers out of the bed of a truck pulling them toward me, lifting and twisting to the left…. 40 times! Now I have reoccurring back issues along the QL area. I actually can’t bend right now but when I get that mobility back I will remember these tips!

Thank you for this, very helpful. A question for you, I do landscaping and sometimes have to pick up a bunch of brush (sticks, leaves, etc....not heavy) multiple times and load it into a truck. Would you you do this for each lift, or would you also vary it with a lunge or a golfers lift type of movement? I might bend down 50+ times during a single job. I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you Dr. Peebles!
