I feel so fkn lost & alone. Im drifting away from God daily but every time i try to connect with him i feel like he doesn’t listen to me. my parents growing old, left all my friends, im slowly getting broke, my car got hit, i lost my job, no jobs calling back, arguing w gf..i question my existence..or what good is life. i feel so alone but the thing ab me is that i refuse to feel this way & think its my mind fucking w me.. idk. i truly do believe my mind eating me alive by being so alone in my head.

My life has been a senseless pursuit of purpose. Time passes by and every day is the same. While slowly nearing insanity I lay in my bed at night wondering who would care if I was gone. I’ve gone through so much yet no one around me seems to care until eventually would be too late. Drugs, porn, alcohol, videogames, nothing does it for me anymore. I wonder if I somehow make it to my last breathe if I’ll ever go back and think it was all worth it.

What punishments of God's are not gifts. It's a gift to exist. And with existence comes suffering. There's no escaping that. It's written in both Catholicism and Buddhism and it's an oddly guilty feeling. To be grateful for life is to be grateful for all of it. You can't pick and choose what you're grateful for. What do you get from loss? You get awareness of other people's loss. Which allows you to connect with another person, if it's true all other humans suffer. What's the point of being here and being human if you can't be the most human you can be?
