Thank you for the next good work. As I understand it is a basic defense against rear forearm choke when opponent just started initiate his attack - conditionally first phase of attack - not completed choke. It would be very interesting to see progressions - your method of defense against rear choke of following situations: 1) Same choke as on this video, but opponent completed his choke grab - grabed his wrist tightly with other hand and pinned own head to the rear neck of victim in order to do stronger a choke hold- defending in standing position. 2) opponent completed his choke grab - grabed his wrist with other hand and pulling victim to the ground in order to take good position to finish choke - defending in being unbalanced in pulling down. 3) opponent completed his choke grab - grabed his wrist with other hand and pulled victim to the ground and took good position to finish choke - defending on the ground. 4) Also interesting to see how defend against rear arm triangle choke - any variations in any positions - standing and ground. I hope I could explain my thoughts, my English is not so good:) Your explanations are very good - detailed, good feeling of movement, good understanding of biomechanics, good conection with structure in dynamic flow. I wish you good luck in all your projects!

+Vidadi Hajiyev Thanks again for your comments an requests. This is something that seems to cause a bit of a problem with a lot of people, so I will take the time to address this in a video, possibly multi-part, in the near future. I have to prep for the seminar in Germany and will most likely make that video when I return to the states. And please, any other questions you may have, just ask. And your English is just fine.

I think for a small person is difficult doing this. it would be better to crash the foot with the heel and then doing this. But is good for training 🇨🇾🙏🏽🐺
