Take care. These are the clues before the Ponzi bubble burst. The same thing happened recently in China and Hong Kong.

​@stephen3966 This isn't a China scenario as they were building lots of homes that were simply not needed. However, with debt levels as they are, prices going against affordability constraints and government interventions... There is a good chance property speculators looking for a repeat of 2000s boom are going to be disappointed.

It is certainly possible we may see real price growth stall out once market gets a bit more balanced.
