I feel like the defenders should be able to juggle their gadgets to reverse the hack. It provides counter play but still has a risk/reward situation for the defender. Them having to juggle their gadgets take them out of the fight and also gives away their position if the attacker is paying attentions

Very good. The meta is going to change a lot. As a Valkyrie main who has so many camera positions to. I know how to change a couple to less than usual spots to not make it visible while droning. I see future possible IQ bans over Thatcher. Defenders Melusi I see bans for it increasing as well as Mossie pick rate. I can think you going to want to play mute in better way. Consulate garage before the rework will need to almost guaranteed a Azami in order to plug the hole.. also castle to barricade the wall and toss a press on the wall or an Azami to keep drones out. Next season looking good. Very exited for the changes

There’s so much interactions here, because it’s not just what Brava can hack, but the interactions with the hacked gadgets too, such as what can a hacked ADS and MAG-NET destroy in defence. This would counter everything thrown from impacts and nitros, too Ela mines, proximity mines, valk cams, mag-nets themselves. And does Wamai have more things to grab in comparison to jager like he does against attack? Can wamai grab doc’s stims? Then the options that Mozzie has when hacking the Kludge Drone, what he can hack on attack. There’s so much depth!

To be fair, Flores doesnt control his drone from the normal "phone" but his own separate controller that also act as the detonator. So when mozzie take it over, he wouldnt have the detonator to blow it up, you can see the same interaction with Brava drone on gadgets that also need a separate detonator like: c4, smoke canister, fuze charge, thermite breach... etc.

I love these Mythbusters series. HELPS SO MUCH and i get to plan out Operator relationships and think of new ways to make fun while playing. This op capitalizes on defenders utility and allows us to use it to the attacking advantage, such a cool concept. Going to be even cooler with a well coordinated team.

Aruni would be the best to overtake because they would only have impacts and c4 plus any throwables to disable them but the attackers can reopen them as shooting them redeploys it so that would be good for flank watching

The first test was very interesting, I am curious if Mozzie can hack back the Echo drone though? That would seem like an interesting interaction, especially seems there was a bug that let you take over an echo drone a year or so ago on Tower! Would be amazing if they actually added it as a feature!

I think if brava needs a nerf at any point a good option would be making her hack temporary, like only 1-2 mins or certain times for certain gadgets, this would not only cut down on her strength/abilty to completly screw over some Def-ops but also give defenders a choice, destroy the gadget now and eliminate the chances of it messing anything up or wait it out

I think brava should lose the ability to interact with bandit batteries in any way. I think she is powerful enough without it. Plus it would make Shockwire more viable of a counter, and makes bandit players think about not bringing a nitrocell, which is an important decision in team composition and strategy

Can Brava hack any electrical gadget that isn’t handheld or attached to the operator? Like, she can’t hack Vigil, Warden’s Glasses, Pulse’s heartbeat sensor or Clash’s Shield, right? I ask because it would be hilarious, but really frustrating, to be Pulse or Vigil and have your gadgets be only effective on your own teammates.

Mozzie gets it. Priority is always for the person that LAST hacked the drone. Echo cannot hack them so he only gets the ones he deploys.

One question: Will barbed wire be destroyed by Brava's laser door? What will happen to gadgets that disable the door temporarily, like placing a bulletproof cam onto a barricaded door, setup the laser, confirm that the laser is not activating because the bullet cam is in place, then let Brava hack the laser? Will that immediately turn on the laser and destroys that cam?

Only throwable/fireable gadgets get caught by suryagates and it’s almost impossible to place a camera somewhere in the way of the gate

If the Kludge drone is destroyed before the hack is completed, the hack will not finish, and the gadget will not be turned into an attacker gadget. No, defenders cannot pick up their gadget as it is no longer their gadget and belongs to the attackers.

With brava coming in mozzie should be able to “Rehack” everything brava can hack. Make him a more powerful opp. I also think that brava should only have 2 hacks per drone. You can hack 6 fucking things and that can completely just nullify a ton of defense gadgets

I`ll mention this here, but a nice `nerf` to both Mozzie and Brava would be letting the original op to pick up their own gadget to return it to the proper state. So Melusi could brave going into her Banshee to pick it up (with some dificulty, since it is active) and then, after a certian amount of time, be able to re-deploy it.
