You can get around the SD card size by deleting the partition on it and making a new that's only 4gb. Did this on a 1tb SD to flash a board 🤣👍

Hello, how would I have to edit the configuration files, in klipper, to be able to use the configurations on a similar printer, but with a 450x450mm bed?

you can just edit the position_max size in the printer.cfg under stepper X and Y
