Between my cousins, brother, and self, we had scads of Bedford vans, but they were always the Dinky version, san glass. In all the years we pored over our catalogs, both Corgi and Dinky, on rainy days, I was never aware Corgi made the same vehicle!

Thank you Paul. I am currently restoring one of these: it was a fire truck but was missing the ladder as well as one axle. I am converting it to 'civilian' specification, but I will need to find a replacement axle and hubs and four new tyres. I will probably copy your colour scheme as it looks very good. Best wishes.

Dziękuję serdecznie. Z reguły kupuję farby akrylowe w sklepach dorabiających lakiery samochodowe. Jak używam sprayu to upodobałem sobie holenderską firmę Fast Finish ew Motip. Do aerografu stosuję zaprawkowe lakiery firmy AGA. Czasami posiłkuję się farbami Tamiya. Zawsze stosuję bezbarwny samochodowy firmy APP. Pozdrawiam

Едкий натр намного быстрее удаляет краску, а гель можно использовать в любых условиях. Я делаю это как хобби. С наилучшими пожеланиями

I liked the lowrider, though it needed mags! nice job, and great paint finish. I'm fining the Molotow pen ink gets less 'chromey' with age - have you found this? I did not know that those Bedfords got suspension!

Looks a little too glossy , I think you can add a flattener to the paint, there is also a way of avoiding the masking bleed , but I have forgotten it ( brown paper ?)
