Coriander rice | Kothamalli Sadam |

கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 3
இஞ்சி / Ginger
நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame Oil - 2 TBSP
பூண்டு / Garlic - 6 Pieces
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
புளி / Tamarind
கடலை பருப்பு / Gram dal - 1 Spoon
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Red Chilli - 4
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 1 1/2 Spoon
உப்பு / Salt
கடுகு / Mustard Seeds
