I'm a guest on Ventureño Barbareño Chumash territory. I tend native plants in my mom's garden and this is very motivating. It takes a long time to gather materials. I hope these traditions continue and I'd like to let people know they can donate to CIBA the California Indian basket association in California if they want to contribute.
