I have just found your channel, and am binging on your videos-I love them all, especially the vintage appliances! I don't know if you'll get this comment, but I made this Bacon & Cheese Casserole for a BBQ last night, and it was a huge hit!! So easy and everybody loved it! Thank you so much for your channel and for your recipes, I next want to try one of your pound cake recipes!

Looks really great I'd love to have some! My question is have you ever tried to preheat the cookie sheet. I got this trick from my great-grandmother. She called it oven frying. You pre-heat cookie sheet set it on top of the stove drop your bacon on it and then cut your time down in the oven! It turns out just like in frying pan but nice and crisp and flat. It just all depends on if you're in a hurry. Love the music love the food and you guys are a hoot! But I always had lots of family in Michigan and lots friends. It seems like everyone there has a real joy for a life. You know Kevin as often as you change pots! You better teach Ralph to do the dishes!!! LOL if he loves to eat he better learn to do dishes. If he doesn't already.

Oven is the only way I cook my bacon. I confess that I am a rack person though. And I save the bacon fat of course.

Hi Jane - glad you're saving that bacon fat! I really like doing bacon in the oven. Thanks!

I liked Wayne Newton when he started out, because he look like a young butch girl in a sharked skin suit!
