A great way to make fire roasted corn. I add garlic butter and a sprinkle or paprika. Thx 4sharing

The corn gets soft from the heat, so no need to boil it unless you wanna have a go. Try it both ways, see what you prefer. I personally have never boiled it. Let me know how it goes. thanks

The traditional indian way is to cook it on burning charcoal. It gets a distinct taste of its own, plus it cooks more evenly too. Cooking gas doesn't have a flavour of its own so...

this tastes freat my grandma makes every once in a while... im eating some right now... u can experiment with lemon lime salt pepper or even spices but eat at your own risk... for all the whites who thin its weird... trust me its good

You can roast it on electric stove but it won't be the same in terms of taste and texture. I would say try both ways and you'll see the difference. Thanks
