Corn pie with cheese
an old dish ideal for all occasions
Easy to digest and ideal for Ramadan fasting
written recipe;
for the dough;
500 g flour and a little salt
250 ml of water
let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
sprinkle with corn and wheat flour
let the dough dry while preparing the filling!
for the stuffing:
4 eggs,
150g of white cheese,
200 g of crème fraîche,
4 tablespoons of oil
1dl of milk
50g flour
1 baking powder
150g corn flour
put an incomplete spoonful of stuffing on each noodle
sometimes I roll them a little differently!
top with butter!
Bake at 180C° for around 30 min.
125 ml of liquid cream and a little salt
yogurt, hot water, etc. can be used instead.
serve hot with yogurt
