I still got ribs cooked and up in the freezer. Guess burned out on em. What i been craving is English Muffins! All the breakfast ones, lunch, and dinners, can make mini pizza from them and Philly cheese steak to! Many many other things, like gravy on them with bacon bits ect > i was just thinking of putting rib meat into the English Muffins that would be different! With chopped cooked onions and BBQ Sauce 👍 Hell yea

The secret here is a super sharp knife, and think splitting wood when cutting. Start with 1/3 of the ear, then sneak down the length. On the smoker now, and making the sauces.

It’s almost like you have to put the corn in a vise to hold it while cutting. At least to get it started.

@@Armadillopepper I made them today! Easy to cut no vise needed. That’s my overthinking for you. Lol!! Definitely needs the oil. I subbed Pam for the oil and it wasn’t enough. They were getting a little dry. Took them off and added some. I noticed it’s nice to brown them up a bit them put them aside to finish cooking otherwise they will burn. Ohhh they were delicious. Thanks!

Like eating ribs in the hood, suck off the meat and toss the bone over your shoulder. Looks fantastic, but why bother quartering the corn? We should be getting fresh sweet corn in very soon, can't wait to try this with some avocado bombs
@Armadillopepper3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Quartering let's the corn bend more easily. Some say that gives it the "rib" look. No practical reason.
@transparentglazier3 жыл бұрын
@@Armadillopepper Well, that would make it easier to hold. As soon as good corn comes in I will try this. Also some of your recipes have gotten the Bride's thumb of approval
@manxologyАй бұрын
No. In the south, we don't do trendy stuff for views. The corn is either eaten from the cob or cut off the cob. We don't encourage people to eat the cob. The cobs are fed to pigs. So sick of trendy crap.
