Try to make cornbread out of those ribs, but be careful about the bones. Thats why I always go for boness cornbread.

Fun fact: if you tie several of the husks together you can use them as a “brush” to add more marinade or just moisture (oil or water) when you are making a bbq. At least that’s what my family does.

I made some corn ribs and while I was eating them I forgot they weren’t real ribs because I was to preoccupied with the idea that physical reality is naught but illusion - nothing really matters, I’m not even real - just a packet of energy in the universe observing ribs. Great recipe!
