Tried in umuada court...😆😆. Today's umuada are scattered in diaspora and in different cities in Nigeria. My mum use to cook beans & corn and ukwa & corn. I tried beans and sweet tin corn few times.

They grow special corn for that, then put it in a tin. Just buy it from the shops because it's easier.

I've decided to make this meal in a week's time. Our corn here is very soft like sweet corn and quite sweet too. So I've decided to used frozen corn kernel sold in a bag. I know it won't taste like proper adalu but wetin I go do nah. LOL.
