Yummy, I love pies like that. I even make one with baked beans. I add onion, garlic, tomatoes, and any veg that needs using up. Pop on the potato and cheese, fried egg on top. Bobs ya uncle and Fanny’s ya aunt! Then, straight down the hatch lol

I made this casserole for my two family members who love corned beef hash, and they loved it. They said it was really good and they ate every bite. I use a regular oven, which is different from the air fryer. 350 degrees F isn't hot enough for the baking part to melt the cheese and get the crunch from the panko. I turned it up to 400 F. Thanks for the recipe!

Can't beat a corned dog hash! That looks delicious.😊 I used to make my late aunty a corned dog dish, In a frying pan I fried some onions, garlic, tomatoes (usually tinned) and a tin corned dog with dry herbs. Served with mash and two veg, she loved it 😊

I was going to have Corned Beef, Egg & Chips tomorrow but you've just changed my mind. That looks a lot tastier. Edited 12 hours later!! So it's just Egg & Chips today after all. The Bloody Key broke off on the Corned Beef can, didn't even get a start!! My Tin Opener doesn't want to know so I'll resort to a Hammer, Screwdriver and Pliers later. I hope it's all worth it in the end. 2nd Edit PM Wednesday... It WAS WELL worth all the hassle I can tell you. What a "Fantastic, Look At That" meal. I'll probably make it again next week and hope I have more luck with the Corned Beef tin. Thanks Ric for a smashing meal.

Dear Rick - thanks more than I can say. What a welcome change from all the BS from supposed TV chefs that seem to cater only for the middle classes with bottomless pockets. You are such a breath of fresh air! I'm collecting a lot of the UK and Irish recipes and hope I live long enough to use them all time and time again. Just a little suggestion - you might tell your viewers to use IMMENSE care and try to rescue the corned beef etc keys for the times they take out the tin and annoyingly find the key missing! Hello Rick, as you can see I'm having a catch up. With a the recent videos. Corn beef never looked so good. It's a real winter warmer. And the egg, fantastic way to top out classic dish. I'd finish the whole thing off with a chunk of crusty bread, just for the mop up. I realize this is a few months old and I've been late to the table. But I love corned beef out of the can like that. After several of my brothers and sisters married and moved out of our home, there were more leftovers. And we had gotten electricity by that time to properly refrigerated those leftovers. Anyway Mom would take leftover roast beef ,fry onions and potatoes like you did and make us some of the best hash as she called it. Wasn't corned beef but it was good. Nothing went to waste at our home. Thank you for your down to earth filled with goodness recipes.

I alternate sliced potatoes sliced onions sliced corned beef &sliced black pudding ending with potatoes & pour beef stock or gravy granules over it in my slow cooker. It's to die for

I wasn't sure what to have for my tea, but it's going to be corned beef now, but my own version. Cubed fried potatoes in with the onions & corned beef & baked beans, all in one pan. Slightly overcooked to get a bit of crustyness on the bottom. Like you always say, its your choice. Best wishes, Stewart.

FYI I actually used my oven(the same as yours which you 'made' me want). I did the cheese scones and the rotisserie pork and roast pots, that pork was soo tender and the roasties were fabulous, so I am so glad you enabled me. Rik, I just love all of your recipes. You have a gift for putting people at ease, especially myself, when it comes to simple, yet often intimidating recipes such as pastry crust. Your Welsh rarebit was a huge hit with my friends and it’s the first time I have ever eaten it! Yes I got sick of all the "so called pro curry chef's" All the armchair warriors making comments and comparing everything to bir. As you know I started my time in bir - Not another Curry is about making a curry NOT the bir way after 40 years of bir I can make my way around a pan and have the same flavour if not better without all the tosh!
