Hamrick is using the word “church” in its Biblical sense, not in a religious sense. In the Bible the church is the GROUP of people who have been saved and follow Jesus. The church is NOT a set of religious traditions and it’s not the buildings people meet in; it IS the people of God. The Bible is not evil. Question: Why would you want someone teaching what you call “the whole thing” of what you pronounce evil? If you listen to Hamrick, he DOES TEACH the whole counsel of God, and if you read the Bible, you can be sure he teaches the truth- the whole truth. What parts would you prefer he focus on? I’m sure he has a sermon or series on that IF it’s Biblical.
