Justice for his death..from the swimming pool he drowned in? Do we arrest the water?? Rodney King died in 2012, by drowning. I think you mean that he didnt get justice for his emotional scarring from the horrific brutality inflicted on him by the LAPD. Which is true, but doesn't mean this child doesn't deserve justice.

As I mentioned above: the woman, per media reporting on the incident at that time is of Jewish background and might (successfully?) claim extra (over)sensitivity concerning perceived sexual "assault". Her therapist might be willing to testify some psychological state of mind. And again: decades of all out, K-12, college, TV campaign "stranger danger" might help prevent many hurts but clearly also helped magnify perception of "being violated". Here by a fully stuffed school back pack of a 9 yr old kid as it unintentionally and apparently very mildly touched woman's behind.

Those the soures that say false Rape accussations are Rare. They start with the conclusions then look the statistics based on what and who they Believe and witness. So I know I'm late but something I never understood and after so many months I gotta ask this... Why does a woman with basically no ass think that her ass would enticing enough to grab, especially to an innocent kid? And why does she think that someone would want to sexually assault her, there was not a frat boy or man in a position of power in sight. Sorry for the essay.

Edward Pollard commanded white women to show their solidarity to the cause of being in a club of intellectual white women named The "White United Daughters of The Confederacy" he wrote a book named The Lost Cause " white women in this club named " The History of Georgia ". By Mildred Rutherford. This woman is responsible for the choosing of every book that could be put into Libraries, Schools, and in every class room and the control of every book being sent to Black schools by choosing what information is allowed to be in those books. Mildred and her club was so literal about information until the reading and teaching materials they allowed to go to Black schools were at a slower rate of learning, Black children in high school ages received learning materials that grade school children got . Her club insisted that all Children of color attended the same class rooms lumped together. This group of white women's clubs still exist today in our government they're called the U. D.C. United Daughters of The Confederacy. Their mission is to rewrite the civil war to keep all white men and their statues and the confederate flag forever flying. Mildred Rutherford made sure that education would keep its value to the white race only, she and her group of socialites a triplet that is still the standard tool for the Education Systems to follow as the Blueprint to rule over ownership of equality of information . This group of white women literally removed all information of Black people from the History books and are still at it to this day they work with the Smithsonian removing information of Black people's bloodlines and natural arts and are allowed to get funding from misplacing (selling ethnicities of Africans artifacts to places like London and Europe with one mission in action. . That is to keep Blacks from learning their history and legal worth and to control ownership of equality according to the equal rights acts. WHITE WOMEN ARE MUCH MORE DANGEROUS THAN THOUGHT TO BE BY THE BLACK WOMAN. THEY HAVE A LEGAL MISSION THAT'S ON THE LEGAL BOOKS NAMED THE U.D.C. TO LITERALLY KILL STEAL AND DESTROY YOU TO THE POINT THAT YOU NEVER EXISTED! read those books with your whole family

@shuheihisagi7851 5 жыл бұрын
Yeah< IDK about that! Though, she got her justice by the locals throwing the evidence in her face that proved that She just being a over-sensitive bitch! Though, I've been accused of grabbing or touching a bitch ( cant remember if it was her boobs that she accused me of touching or her ass, and this was at a bar, which I had went to the bathroom and was trying to get back to my drink or something and between minding my own business I was accused and by the staff asked to leave, calmly I asked if I could finish my drink and they allowed it, and I left ) . Only to be followed and harassed in which the other place didnt allow me in cuz I got pissed off for them harassing me , mostly the bitch. I got pissed cuz she falsely accused me. Her willingness to cause a scene else where lead me to believe she was seeking Drama or to start drama. Eventually I left the other place cuz bitch got her thrill by seeing I wasnt allowed into the other place cuz I wanted another drink. ) I say bitches can be rude. At that time I was younger, and I never touched anyone inappropriately, at best if I had to get attention to get someone to let me get by, I would tap them on the shoulder or arm to get their attention to move out my damn way. Had the kid been older and at least 18 yrs old, I might support such a lawsuit against the quick to accuse without solid evidence that the kid actually grabbed her ass. I think accusers outta be more fkn careful cuz if they falsely accuse too much some day their might be a crime called Bearing False witness/making false accusations and perhaps something of that nature should be written into law. I'd take this a step further and want to make a law if you are caught lying willfully that you can be charged with LYING! This includes selling of false Misinformation! and perhaps selling fear-mongering and racially charged hate speech!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW, just cuz you have the right to free speech, doesnt give you the right to be a prejudice asshole!

Experiencing racism at such a young age. Just nine yrs old and this boy was immediately seen a a criminal. this is a perfect example of how minority children don’t have the luxury of just being a child without being held to a higher standard. It’s from ages 6-7 that our children go from being seen as innocent to being seen as a threat and are treated as such. This breaks my heart.

What I believe was missed in this entire segment was the poor boy. If you watch the entire video, he was crying, completely afraid of what would happen to him if the cops showed up. The use of scare tactics like this create fear and distrust of law enforcement within minority communities. And I have to say, it's not the fault of the cops, but weak minded individuals like the woman in this video. We need more tolerance and love!
@k.v.7681
@k.v.7681 5 жыл бұрын
It's not only about minorities, or children. It affects a whole society. Two big problems are made worse by this kind of behavior. Movements like #metoo create a shit load of false accusations. On one side, you have lying people drowning the message of people trying to tell their story, and the abuses they suffer, and on the other, the volume of these lying people making a whole other part of society, mainly men, feel deifiant towards women because they could be accused for the slightest error. Societies on edge, where people cannot cooperate anymore, go to shit real fast. Delation systems always generate disorder. I don't know about the USA, but where I live, that woman would be charged with three things: Slander, emotional abuse on a child and unjustified call to the police (she is taking somebody else's place in the waiting line, someone that might need it, and as such, would be judged). She would have to pay a fee for the first and third charge, reparations for the first and second, and could be sentenced to prison for the second.

This has become a nightly segment on the news. Last night a black man was trying to get to his apartment while a white woman tried to block him from entering the building, demanding why he was in "HER" building. He asked her when did she buy the building? She then called the police, rode the elevator with him to his floor, and followed him to his front door. If this was a puppy dog that followed him home, that would have been cute; but an angry white woman, not good. Her boss saw the segment on the news, and fired her.

A false accuser should face consequences for making the accusation. Not only has that woman traumatized a little boy, she burdened a system and forced expenses and drew manpower from more serious needs. It doesn't matter if she thought she was legitimately assaulted. There was evidence and witnesses to prove her wrong before she created a scene. She should be made to pay the cost of the entire incident as well as punitive damages to the boy and his parents.

It's better when they call the cops. The investigation happens and they get proven as liers. When they wait 30 years and make the allegations in some news article there is no way to prove or disprove the allegations and public figures get their lives ruined while the accusers who never prove the accusations were true get to sign book deals and receive donations from idiots.

I recently went to Ripley's Aquarium with my family. While waiting in line, a young boy slapped my butt. Slightly confused, I checked to make sure he hadn't stuck anything on me. His mother then asked what had happened, and I just told her, "he slapped my butt." After a moment of laughing she began to apologize profusely saying he must have mistaken me for his dad. I laughed the whole thing off and we all went on our merry way. That is the reasonable response, not calling the cops like a damn psycho.

I had a similar thing happen in a store at some point, though I wasn't much older than 10 probably. Small kid grabs my ass as he goes by for... whatever reason. Has a goofy grin as he ducks around the corner. Told my mother and she kinda waved it away, kids will be kids after all, they don't quite get all the little social workings yet.

@W.A.M.P. I am very sorry that happened to you, and I am glad you received the treatment you needed. It also had that happened to me and I understand what years of constant sexual abuse can do to someone since I went through it. I had a little boy walk up behind me this summer and touch my butt and then do the same thing to my 19 yr old niece. The boy was with his dad and little brother. My initial reaction was to turn around and see who was touching me (and I was ready to not be pleasant) but, when I saw it was a little kid, I brushed it off. He was maybe seven. This lady was not acting like a someone that was abused, this was pure racial motivation. I can agree with you when you say you cannot tell people how to react, but that would be on an initial reaction only, what I cannot agree with you on are the acts and language that followed here. What she did and said are a different story and she behaved like an ignorant individual that had an axe to grind. There is no excuse for her behavior regardless of what happened to her in her lifetime. This was a little boy that walked past her and brushed her with his backpack, nothing more. When she realized this was not a grown man and the kid had a giant backpack in a small Bodega, that should have given her a bit of a clue!. To top it off, an adult woman that gyrates her hips in a sexual manner at a child is the aggressor and the one who should be charged! It is shameful that some women behave this way toward children. She should be charged for her vulgarity and lewd act toward both children.

I lived in South Side Jamaica Queens for years and was racially profiled everyday by police officers. I got stopped coming from the Queens Library on Guy R Brewer Boulevard when I was stopped by for police officers in one car who jumped out on me, one grabbed my arm I ripped it away and the cop said what's wrong with you don't you know we are the police! My response was did you identify yourself as the police. Long story short I was stopped and frisked at the time I had a sinus infection they found a tissue in my pocket cop asks me what am I going to find in this tissue I told him boogers and that I had a sinus infection and that he probably wouldn't want to touch the tissue but he didn't listen. A week later the same for cops in one car stop me for walking my dog. Asking me to produce papers on the dog and why I was walking my dog. My response was brief I told him the only reason you stopped me was because I was a white man wearing a white T-shirt walking a white dog in a black neighborhood. At that point they took my i.d. asking what am i doing living there with "these" people. I said what people and he used a racial slur to identify the majority of people that lived in the area. To bad at the time i had a dog to hold onto that was increasingly getting agitated by me being surrounded by police officers or I would have took out my camera and had this on film. The one thing I remember most is the cop asking me if the dog bites i responded come closer and let's find out
