Real Estate is always based on growth/ dip in the other industries and gdp as well. Hyderabad RE mainly depends on economy and state progress. At the moment state and central is facing financial crisis as most of the industries are not functional and most of the state funds and central funds are used to save lives and food supply. So for sure there will be dip in RE and other areas too. Thanks for the wonderful information.

Prices will be coming down due to below reasons: 1. Stock market atleast gave opportunity to sell if money is required. Real estate didn't give chance to encash. Money avasaram unnappudu encash cheskolenidhi enduku? 2. Regional Ring road osthundhi ani outskirts rates baga pencharu. Government dhaggara salaries ivvadanike dabbulu levu. Inka RRR priority ela avuthundhi 3. Heavy job loss in US. Will result in increase of resale properties. Buyers will wait for price dip of keep their decision to buy on hold for 6 months after India declares Corona free. Expect this to happen after 9 months or year end 4. People already sensed Social distance is not possible in high rise apartments and large communities. So, people having multiple properties will try to encash few of them. 5. If prices stagnate for 9 months then interest burden for builders will keep them in pressure to sell even at less prices. 6. Anything which continuously increased from past 5 years or more will definitely need breather for a year. So, prices will definitely come down. 7. 200 US based multinational manufacturing companies in China will slowly move to India post US elections in November 2020. None of them can come to Hyderabad as we don't have Coastal port for imports or exports. Even if our government can construct dry ports, it will be overhead for companies. 8. During this lock down period IT companies are saving huge amounts on cab and power bills. More WFH will be given. This means people will choose to stay at far places to Hi-tech city belt

Nagarjuna Raju .. those are inflated prices. Even out side of the city, if sellers are selling for high prices, then companies can’t sell for cheaper prices. That’s why avoid, inflated prices

the fact is , people prefer to live closer to ORR than within the city... so the concept of city/outskirts is non existant now...everything under ORR is the CITY

@@svenkataramana07 I think that's your assumption. We have ORR at keesaragutta, ramdaspally, anajpur etc thise are still villages. We can't go and stay there assuming that since ORR is there it will be city. You will lack of basic infrastructure such as schools, hopitals, workplace is too far etc..

To invest in real estate we need lakhs of rupees. When it comes to share market we can invest in chunks. If you have 1000 rupees from that also you can get returns. We do investments to compensate inflation. A man who earns 20k also can do investments in share market. If we invest systematically we will get returns. Always it is good to have cash in hand. Real estate is good for people who have huge money. As usual who has huge money they only can get gains in real estate. Those days have gone in real estate to invest with less money.

Job market was good in last decade. so the price correction doesn't happen. time correction happens. however due to Covid19 it triggers the recession and job loss. people fails to pay EMI. Real estate companies becomes NPA, and it impacts Bankers, so the way to keep the chain rotating is bring down the price. its eviatable this year massive correction on the card for real estate sector.

if you look into the recent history...everytime the real estate industry got effected due to any reason...the bounce back has been lethal for potential buyers... so never ever expect prices to go down... people who are in need of cash could sell for lower prices..but when you consider the cost of construction/labour/ ...don't even expect lower prices
