He gave good advice on 10 yr and 20 yr plan And overpriced mokila triangle. We indians produce around 67000 babies per day on average surely we have to leave Hyderabad main city for peace of mind and pollution etc factors and expand it further

Hi, what's the name of the index Nithin mentioned around the 16:00 minute mark? Does anyone have an idea? He said it tracks real estate income growth and it's growing at 5% a year for the last few years.

At 12:00-13:15 ..what question you asked and what he answered I couldn't able to relate ..as investor in hyd why I have to bother about Delhi , Mumbai ,central gov and so on🤔 Btw .. Saurabh your efforts always appreciable !!!

@Sandeep Kumar Not satisfactory answers ..When you watch interview you should always learn atleast one thing out of that interview ..As he worked with big brands and also had his education in UK the expectations would be more realistic answers...Lodha is big brand but how many frauds they does just google it ..when he started his own venture what are things he took care that investors won't be cheated or what are things one has to take care when they invest ...if you just go for Brand name ,high rise area then its not everyone's cup of tea

@@anj1583 True, if you want to get anything from the video watch last 5 mints, secondly Nothing comes for free even in interviews why would he reveal everything honestly for you/us customers, Saurabh tried his best to get few answers anyways this is what I think. P.S Lol I'm not gng behind his resume for a decision on my future investments.

What are the drawbacks of buying agricultural land within HMDA., people say freezone after HMDA limits.. but unless development happens in HMDA limits it will not start in freezone right?

When you have land mafia like we have in Telanana then all these 10 years or 20 years plan don't work. Its very difficult to project land. Especially when ministers them self are doing it.

Exactly they become rich just by grabbing lands whenever there is a property boom whereas a middle class works his ass off to pay his loans. Income disparity is something we should be worried about but this is just increasing because there's no transparency in our state.

@UC6gyEE3yvY4qe7BdukjFqMw I didn't mean literally ..in general let us say ghatkesar or patancheru ..you bought a 200 yard for 50L you wanna sell it after 5 years ..appreciation in KZbin channels after 5 years will be 1 crore but you need to find a person to buy that for one crore ...that person will only buy from you only if he plans to construct a home ... So you will need to find a person who is interested to build a home of 1crore on plot which costs 1 crore .. probability of finding that person is very less ...you will struggle to sell it for me the price you wanna sell it for ..but let's say you buy an acre or half acre land with 50L there will be plenty of builders to whom you can sell land or partner with them to build an apartment etc ....the worse you should do is 605yards never buy a plot less than 605yards that is 1/8 acre for investment purpose .. period ..if you have invested already somewhere for 200 yards just sell it for decent price and invest somewhere else ..I recently came across nsquare oxygen project ..KZbin it ..they are selling 605yards near shankarpally..just giving an example ..they gave interview in this KZbin channel only
