Thanks for that, I wondered what these cheap Chinese Corona mills were like, now I know.

I've just bought this exact same mill, from the same place!it has the same problems as well,on this one the split pin has on the drive shaft has failed on first use,and won't grind.so it will be have to be replaced with a SS bolt to hold it in place.great video I will use these mods.

There not great but you don't get much for 20 pound now days and as you probably found there`s little else available in the UK unless you spend 100s

I had to change the split pin to as it was bent and causes unevenness in the milling plate

Nice! I especially like the mods aspect of this vid. Question: Have your tried to make fine ground wholemeal flour with your mill? What's your view on how fine something can be ground with this mill?

Hi! Grettings from Poland! I have one question about this hand mill: my screw conveyor - I'm sorry if it's incorrect phrase. So my conveyor and quern are not connected in 90 degrees. Do you know how to fix that? Im really sorry about my english, but these words, are so difficult. Thanks for help!

Darn Chinese copy. Aren’t you a little concerned about metal in your grind? I just bought a Corona mill on eBay for about $90.00 US shipped free. It’s only to be used for grinding and storing corn meal, and flour for baking in emergencies. I can see using a Chinese copy for chicken food etc , but not for humans.
