I would like to ad somethigs.1 There was a vessel between the subclavian artery and left anterior dessending artery that is the left internal mamarian artery (IMA) which gives anterior 1-7th intercostal artery.2. Purmoner artery catheters (swan Ganz) is inserted via juguler vein which passes trought right heart. There is a baloon on the tip of the catheter for measureing PCWP. Thank you
