Isn't it true that only diagnostic strategies involve central vs peripheral and treatment is based on NSCLC vs SCLC? Your lectures state squamous cell is not treated with surgery; as a NSCLC it absolutely is!!!! Your treatment algorithm cannot be correct re: squamous cell. (!?)

i thought it was proven quite the opposite that women are more predisposed to lung cancer due to their smaller lung volumes, and hence higher concentration of carcinogens from the cigarettes they smoke. or am i wrong?
