🇬🇧 Coronation Clotted Cream - Only 2 Ingredients - EASY 🇬🇧

The King’s Coronation seems to have created a national clotted cream crisis across the UK as families rush to prepare cream teas and celebrate the momentous occasion. If, like us, you’re having trouble getting hold of clotted cream then fear not the crisis has been solved by a middle aged man with a heavy bottomed pan.
Ingredients:
300ml double cream
15g (small knob) of butter
Method:
Place both ingredients in a pan
Bring to a simmer stirring constantly - Do not let it boil or stick to the bottom
Continue stirring for 20 mins
When it has thickened to the consistency of custard spoon it out in to a dish or bowl
Allow to cool before covering and placing in the fridge
Eat as soon as it is cold
Should last up to 7 days in the fridge covered

looks good to me! New subscriber here!! As for the scones, I think its (phonetic spelling) sk-oh-ns...If it was sk-aw-ns, it would either have no E , or it would have two Ns. SO...I'm with you. Sk-OH-ns :) Scones. Thank you for this. I am going to shoot off to the market and get some cream to make some myself. And get some scones!
