From 2004, the factory girls decide to give Jack a makeover to play in the woman's bowls after Hayley pulls out. This is when he first tried out his alter ego of 'Ida Fagg'.
Update: Sad to hear of Bill Tarmey's passing, in interviews he said this was his favourite storyline. RIP to one of Corrie's finest!

That was my first thought. I don't think the new woman has the space in her teeth, although maybe she got it fixed. Plus, the voices are different, although that could be age, smoking, or the weight gain.
