I've always used a flat screwdriver, and sometimes stronger needle nose pliers They can be difficult , but there tight that's a good thing 👍

This was so helpful, thank you! I bought one for my turbo and it went together beautifully! I was just wondering what the top radiator pipe was from, as I've dropped a PD130 in my MK2 Golf, but im struggling with finding a rad pipe to fit..

That's great to hear, does fit nicely - Thanks for the feedback 👍 I'm sure the top rad hose I've used is either a mk4 rad hose or possibly a mk5 golf hose. Getting the angles right ain't easy, universal hose never sits right

Intercooler I noticed the Renault traffic has a very skinny intercooler might help if you change your mind on the intercooler

Crispy, i know this is old.....but I'm in the same boat with a shitty connection. Do you remember which size you ordered? There are a lot of options and creation arent being very helpful!

Thanks for the great question! I recall little confused I had between the website sizes & eBay sizes, just looked it up and I used 63-52mm for my 130PD as used in the video Worth double checking your diameters, the intake dia needs to be fraction 1mm or so less as the seal gets swapped over
