I have a 2024 F20 Platinum. Good friend of mine at Ford did everything you’re doing. When he pulled up that list in the little chip looking icon he could not find the body control module folder. It just wasn’t there. So we couldn’t get it done.

Yes once it’s calibrated the speedo is correct.
