Could you make a video on this type of treatment for someone with a lower bodyfat % but naturally more fat in their face? I weigh about 215 lbs. However, my bodyfat % sits at around 11-13%. While yes, I do have some arm, legs, and ab definition, I tend to lack it in my face. I've always had more face fat than the average person. But I'd love to know how well this treatment affects people in a similar situation to mine.

Do you have before and after 1 year pictures..I hv seen other surgeon patients but they put after pictures of the same day or 3 mths but those are not the result..fully healed and after all the swelling it's one year the face gets more and more thinner..can you show different kind of bone structure shape face so we can know how every patient would look please..I want to get mine on September but I'm nervous of the final 1 year results..

What can be done after orthognathic surgery that caused bony structures to be altered leaving me with one side much larger even post two years after. For a significant asymmetry like that, is there anything that can be done?

I’m also contemplating this after a double jaw surgery. the tissue on one cheek versus the other one is clearly harder with some kind of scar tissue in it causing noticeable asymmetry

I think women with buccal fat cheeks look more attractive than women with sunken cheeks, the latter reminding me of someone undernourished.
