Dr. Campbell, it's crucial to address what the Professor pointed out-it truly is the elephant in the room. I've made every effort to locate Hidreferol, the most effective vitamin D, here in Turkey, and it's simply unavailable. My pharmacist, who received training in the United States, informed me that it will take several years for the National Health Service to approve this essential vitamin. Given the recent ban imposed by the Ministry of Health on acquiring vitamins for personal use from abroad, I will be asking my students, who live in various countries across Europe, to bring me this incredible product. Thank you for enlightening me on how infection depletes vitamin D levels and how we can boost those levels within hours to help our bodies combat whatever viruses are being unleashed upon us. It's time to take charge of our health, and deal with whatever virus the three-letter alphabet agencies unleash upon us.🇹🇷🇬🇧🙏

There are foods rich in vitamin D but your government needs to do something about this. Optimise health in population save money on benefits and get more tax off the working population.

@@anthonywood7420 Hi, there, thanks for your response as opposed to using the emoji. You’re right in saying there are plenty of food alternatives that could be a good source of Vitamin D; however, if and when the soil is depleted as a result of unregulated use of pesticides than I’m afraid that won’t be the case. I learned to accept rules and laws for the sake of keeping my sanity and work with it. One way or another I’ll get my hands on this product. Wish me luck!

Everybody works inside offices under artificial light. Sunshine is the best vitamin D source in the world.!!! Even in the winter.🥶 It’s ☀️

In northern hemispheres, with less than 8 hrs of sunlight and the sun is at a very low angle---'never high in the sky, you can't get enough vitamin D from sunlight in those hours. Canada is a good example..

@@alan4sure And haven't people who have lived at extreme latitudes become better at absorbing Vit D because of this? Also I think diet plays a role? Certain northern latitude seafood has more Vit D? Even so, they are probably deficient after the long winter.

@@mayetorresfineart8626 Everyone is inside all the time, then we have been brainwashed into plastering sunscreen on us and our kids when we do go outside so there's a barrier to absorbing the Vit D more efficiently. The same Vit D that can protect us from the cancers they are trying to scare us into using sunscreen to avoid. Meanwhile, wondering if the chemicals in sunscreen have their own yet-unknown carcinogenic effects.

Hi there! I recently returned to my parents' native country after living in the UK for over four decades. Upon arrival, I had a check-up and was alarmed to find that my vitamin D levels were extremely low, sitting at just 13. Although I've never been seriously ill or frequently caught the flu, I began to feel unwell and somewhat achy in my joints. This experience has pushed me to start supplementing heavily daily and soak in three months of pure sunshine without sunblock. I’m eager to see how this journey unfolds, especially since my vitamin D levels skyrocketed to over 50 after that period. I've been taking between 10,000 to 15,000 IUs of vitamin D daily, alongside magnesium glycinate and fish oil. As I move forward in this process, I find it interesting how my interactions remained unchanged; I didn’t alter the distance I stood from others during conversations and continued expressing my emotions, whether through hugs or simply carrying on with life as usual. I anticipate that my choices might provoke some reactions, as I’ve faced ridicule for my stance against the prevailing narrative and my decision to avoid certain medications. However, I look forward to observing how this approach contrasts with those around me experiencing frequent bouts of colds, flu, and even pneumonia. Listening to the professor and understanding the potential role of vitamin D in maintaining our health has given me hope. I’m excited to see how this journey will continue to unfold and what insights might come from it, especially in light of the influence we see from the three-letter alphabet health agencies.🇹🇷🇬🇧🙏

No they are not .... Vitamin D was always seen as important.... Until Big Pharma decided to change everyone's vantage point by advertising and control. When i went to nursing school in 1969, we had nutrition every quarter. But big Agri and Big Pharma and insurance companies started insidiously taking control.

They are not the only doctors recommending Vitamn D. If you think they are telling lies to make money on KZbin then what evidence do you have?. Criticism of their age group is also below the belt, and only one of these people has a channel. It is commonplace to have Big Pharma opposing any useful product that they haven't patented and cannot make money from. You sound like you are a troll working for big Pharma.

Perhaps because most of the young docs lack integrity...as indicated by how so few questioned any of the narrative given us in recent years, and how quick they were to throw those who asked questions under the bus.
