I feel bad for the officers for Getting mandated everyday and they are great officers why does MDOC overwork them so they quit and hire just randomes people and lose all the good workers and especially at WHV it's sad they can't keep workers and lose all the good workers for overworking them

Being a c/o in Michigan is a embarrassment. The hiring standards are so low .there scraping the bottom of the barrel It's harder to get hired by burger King then with the mdoc.
