They revealed their inner rationalizations of why they treat Aaron like this: they don't consider him a human being. They consider him 'improper' and it irritates them when they are forced to realize he should be given proper consideration. Beaurocratic red tape is such a mess and this video shows how ineffective at dealing with it officials are. Something 'outside of the norm' is incomprehensible to them; after all, since they just follow along to whatever they're told, shouldn't everyone? Aaron is trying to show them where they went astray by asking the definition of 'with.' He further takes the high road by changing his signage to prevent possible misperception. These pencil pushers show just how low they are willing to go with these threats of action against Aaron. The problem is they are too arrogant, and consider it their job 'to know.' (but they don't) If they were just a bit less proud and could approach their job with humility, situations like this wouldn't even be happening.
