Largest navy in the world, if you count the smallest craft in the world. They have one working carrier and it's not a supercarrier. We've prioritized supercarriers and nuclear subs.

The problem with China is growing military and failing economy is that if they plummet selling their weapons and equipment is going to be hard due to trust issues when the Soviet union collapse they were able to sell weaponry if the US ever collapses the world would be glad to buy so China will inevitably end up getting stuck with midtier to low tier weaponry, if they are able to sell it will be a huge discount massively huge
