Really good video mate. Shampoo looks good and I like the look of that clay mitt. Looking forward to the next one 👌
@GMDetails2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Ben, to be honest the shampoo stood out for the uniqueness of being able to be used in a snow foam lance to deliver amazing suds, not that they would do anything as a shampoo used that way wouldn’t clean a thing on it’s own but as a clay lube, worked amazingly well!

Thanks mate , yeah trigger gave up straight away , shame tho as they’re a nice spray for glass cleaning etc , all in tho a very decent set for someone on a budget or not 👍

Excellent video! Products look good especially the shampoo. Never tried a clay mitt before. Look forward to the next one.

Thanks Patrick!, they are honesty good all round products , nothing watered down like some brands with 250-1 shampoos 🥴 Really surprised with the shampoo being used in the lance , not that it would help cleaning but purely for helping neutralise the decon process and for clay, better than your average £5 products that’s for sure

Top video Graeme, looks like a decent product range although a pet hate of mine is crap trigger sprays. I hurts even more to know the manufacturer knew they were substandard but still sold it🤬
@GMDetails2 жыл бұрын
I’m the same mate but for £5 a product you can’t have everything but hopefully they learn from it and get better triggers soon.

Great video dude! Really looking forward to the next video! Don't leave us hanging too long. The products look decent enough and without being "that guy" I'm sure they are likely to be rebottles. But for 5 pounds a bottle it is fantastic value for what are capable products. Just because they are rebottled doesnt mean they inferior to some of the guys who are making their own. I've had some of the Jellybean shampoo from another supplier which looks to be the same product and it's actually one of my favourites
@GMDetails2 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate. Yeah undoubtably rebottled but surprisingly good products. I can only think of 3 chemical suppliers in the UK, Bonnymans , Car-Chem & A-Chem, all of them have a dedicated car cleaning range & offer rebranding for smaller niche brands which I think is great for the industry to offer the enthusiast a collection from their favourite brand. Then again most small detailing brands rebottle & add scents or colours to suit themselves and call them ‘bespoke’ chemicals which I’m a bit dubious of as any chemical manufacturer will tell you not all scents & colours work well within products and can easily ruin them like Infinity Wax suffered when they were within their first few years of trading as an example. Price wise, yes as you said £5 a bottle is excellent value but even at normal prices of £7-£9 for 500ml and a few £ more to upgrade to 1L sizes is excellent value considering the products are still the same concentration as they came out the factory, something I know other brands dilute to make more money which I think is completely wrong. The polishing video will be out as soon as possible but my editing time has been severely cut due to additional hours at work, but I do appreciate everyone’s patience, I’d love to make videos more regular but it really does take up a huge amount of time. Thanks for watching & commenting, always love reading them 👍

Good video - loads of great tips. I have one if those clay mitts but haven’t plucked up the courage to use it, mainly due to watching a video by Todd of Esoteric in the US. He said never, ever clay a car if you are not going to machine polish it afterwards. Will you be putting the polish on by machine or hand? PS: Personally I don’t mind the music - except when it’s playing at the same time as the commentary - just find it distracting. Looking forward to Part 2.

Thanks Paul, I’ll be machine polishing with the Farecla AIO polish, yeah I agree with the music distracting , some tracks no matter how much in the background they are can be a distraction , thanks for the feedback tho 👍

Good old jelly bean shampoo, I don’t know if all the brands that do it are exactly the same but any I’ve tried are good 🧼
@GMDetails2 жыл бұрын
I remember Specky slagging it off before for being ‘too generic’ 🤷🏻♂️ if a manufacturer can make an excellent product that fits the needs of a brand then why not use it?, VW group have been doing it for years 🤣
