I know you said you have a new recirc valve and actuator but what springs have you got in them, for a car pushing 300bhp you’d want the yellow spring. I’ve had similar issues with my vx racing edition but after changing all solenoids it made things load better but the car still sometimes has the odd irractic moment where it just seems to self accelerate lol, I’m changing my recirc valve next for a forge one like my actuator but that’s next month when I’ve been paid. Hope ya get it sorted

Has it only done it since having it mapped? Only reason I ask is mine had exactly the same issue on Rabbids software. Flat out it was fine but flooring it at lower rpm boost guage would read over 2 bar and I'd get choo choo noises and felt like it was hesitating.

Nah been mapped a while now and it’s only recently started doing it 🤷🏻‍♂️ no turbo flutter or anything like that just boost seems to have a mind of it’s own sometimes lol

cracked mani at the penny valve mate had same prob with my astra vxr replaced all parts you have to find a tiny crack at the penny valve

Hi pal i have an astra Z16let sri now is a A16ler due to piston 4 new engine fitted its pretty much standard at mo apart front decat and back box delete was just at the garage for mot and my mate the mot tester was saying its not boosting properly either he is right enough but its not all the time like a mind of its own to. the standard air box is on at mo but will change back to cross over delete but think it will be the same so following your progress to see how you get on. And thinking of getting stage 1 remap would you suggest using standard injectors or going bigger? Cheers for the great videos George

I watched your piston 4 video just yesterday im more extra careful than before now lol i dont fancy putting a 3rd engine in and especially at only at 87k. The A16ler was out of a 2014 nurburg corsa standard 202bhp take its all about mapping to get from my standard running 180bhp to over 200bhp ?

Front one goes to turbo and actuator and inlet rear one goes to inlet

There should be a hose that goes from the inlet to the rear vac box etc

I have a meriva vxr with the same issue, when changing the front solenoid, there are three priors, two of them i have found a home for, on the actuator and the turbo, but a third I am at a loss as to where it goes, it looks like it just sits

Took it back to my tuner in the end turned out to be a map issue

@@Yodaracing1 I've got this issue with my OPC, keeps spending to to much gas and on Dyno test makes 175bhp only, and it does lagg at times. The code scanner shows no errors and car servicers don't care about to much gas spending as long as no DTS errors. Really stuck here!

@@LabinotBahtiri so it’s over fueling ? Have you tried the maf sensor? They don’t always bring up a code or possibly the lambda sensor located on the downpipe both of these tell the ecu what the car is doing basically

@@Yodaracing1 only thing I thought was at 300bhp the ko3 is on its limits power wise a normal ko3 is maxed at 250bhp and when you're on the go pedel under load it don't like maybe it's that ? , Time for a ko6 hybrid lol

Hi I have the same problem but its coming up with the throttle body not learned so got a new 1 still the same go's into limp mode I got a man to map it still the same the booster sensor got a new 1 still the same when the power is there then I turn the car off then back on then go's into limp mode can u suggest anything plz my car is a corsa vxr 1.6 turbo I have spent 1000 and still not got it working when it does around about 2000 revs it stuttering then put my foot down then it gos but all the time at 2000 revs it does it then go's into limp mode plz help thanks
