Just picked up the K65 Pro and enjoying it, how does the mouse compare, feeling wise to a Logitech Ultralight? I'm pretty much all Corsair but haven't been able to find a mouse I like from them yet.

Corsair makes quality stuff, in just about every hardware line. Have never had an issue with any of their products - cases, memory, ssds, headsets, power supplies, fans, etc. I think they have a little ways to go regarding the mice, companies like final mouse and gwolves have the edge.. but they specialize in mice so understandable.

Still rocking the original K70. It ain't broke and don't need mending. My mouse, also Corsair, is another story. The main problem (apart from too light)? A switch right where my thumb goes that is FAR too sensitive with a daft metal top layer on it that has worn thru'; even though this is one button I deliberately DON'T TOUCH. I was looking to see they'd not done that here and am glad to see they didn't. RGB on mice: Just... WHY? I keep a north eye on Corsair keyboards; mine is TEN YEARS OLD and has been used every day for on average 8 hours. 30000 hours, I give it a brush and a blast of canned air: you can't tell it from new. Flex? That is regression; I could kill someone with mine and it wouldn't bat an eyelid or look any the worse for wear! I watched the reviews of it in RGB the following year and thought "NOICE! - Mine's not broke though." back then. I just squeezed my "not the best Corsair ever made" mouse too: rock solid. Ten years on for the keyboard and the quality is worse? 6 stars for both and then take off 3 stars for the prices. Look; mousewise just bring out a more durable Logitech G5 with a updated sensor. This is not fecking rocket science; you give them your money and they take the piss. "Corsair's Nearly There!"? Leo would look at you like you were gone, Mat. Corsair were "there" with keyboards right out of the gate. TTL had no sooner kitbashed the original K60 and K90 than they brought out the K70 as though they'd bugged his office and, again, they brought out the RGB version WITH INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED leds a year later. They marked time from then on and are now wandering away off the plot🙄 "Nearly There!" my arse. Honestly, you young 'uns need some historical perspective😃

Good review mat, I can see you are always trying to be as objective as possible - cant say im overly sold on these - they look like decent products, but its just more of the same from corsair - lighting isnt consistent and that space bar sound is not great either - needs some lube and overall more attention to detail

@matmynett7220 its terrible, normally i dont notice what people are complaining about, as its a very weird world now focusing on micro details, but the RGB on this is run of the mill chinese level. Surprised they let these out past pre production.

I think corsair in the last year are just going through the motions. I see their products being basically sold a lot by influencers, always good to get a proper review from mat. not great these IMO
